Pea shoots

Pea shoots are a relatively new innovation in fresh produce. They deliver the flavour of freshly podded peas and are delicious with seafood, salads and stir fries. We supply pea shoots in both living and pre-cut formats. The living product is grown on matting and supplied in polystyrene trays for transportation and storage purposes. Pre-cut pea shoots are available in 2KG boxes. Our Pea shoots are always produced in the UK to Leaf Marque, Assured Produce and retailer specific technical standards.
